Halloween is one of my favorite holidays!
I seriously look forward to it all year.
I love...
dressing my girls up in their costumes
drinking hot mulled cider
eating homemade pumpkin cookies
putting up our mass amount of decorations
my "Pumpkin Spice" Scentsy bar..mmmmm!
the beautiful Fall weather
falling leaves
carving pumpkins
warm sweaters and scarves
On Halloween morning, we woke up, got ready,
and headed out to Gardner Village to see the witches.
This is something we do every year.
Abbey wasn't a huge fan of the witches this year,
even though she was a "spooky" witch herself!
Autumn, loved them and loved being there.
She ate it up.

The girls got their little cheeks painted while we were there. Autumn got a skeleton (with a bow) because she was a pirate and Abbey got a black cat to go with her witch costume. So adorable.

We loved walking around the village and checking out the cute shops. And the witches did not disappoint this year! They do such a cute job with their display.
We got home and got ready for some good ol' trick-or-treating.
Both girls were stoked and couldn't wait to get out!
Daddy dressed up like Elvis and Mommy was a witch like Abbey.
Abbey actually let me paint her face a witchy green
and we did some eyeliner for Autumn--
she wanted to look like Captain Jack Sparrow
(not sure how she even knows who he is...?)
The wig lasted about 5 minutes,
but it was sure adorable while it lasted!

They were little troopers and didn't complain once. They LOVED knocking on the doors and saying "trick-or-treat!" Cutest thing ever.
They were both very excited about their loot.
Our last stop is always Grandma and Grandpa's house,
where they get an extra big Halloween treat.
I always try to take these little moments in and really enjoy them.
I know that very shortly
my girls won't want Mommy and Daddy tagging along for trick-or-teating!
Happy Halloween!
